物品如何交付?

某些包裹由亚马逊或当地物流供应商交付,您可以使用货件确认中包含的跟踪号来确认您的预计交货日期。

订单下单后,同一订单产品可能会分多个不同物流商包裹陆续发出,

如果您在交货时不在家并且您的包裹不能留下,通常会留下一张卡片,说明您的包裹的位置。

我需要签收我的订单吗?

大多数货件不需要签名。

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to ship orders out within 10 business days.Orders are usually received within 7-20 business days.  Orders shipping to Italy ,Spain ,French can expect longer delivery times. Please allow up to 20 business days for your delivery.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we will be unable to amend any details or cancel your order

How can I check the status of my order?

 simply click on the 'track your order' link in the confirmation email you've receive

How are items delivered?

some of Packages are delivered by amazon or logistics providers local , You may use your tracking number, which is included in your shipment confirmation, to confirm your expected date of delivery.

the same order may be divided into multiple Parcels with logistics providers are being sent out  after a order is placed,

If you are not at home at the time of delivery and your package can not be left, a card will be left stating the location of your package.

Can i buy a gift cards/ gift vouchers

 We do not currently sell gift cards/ gift vouchers

Do i  need to sign for my order ?

Most shipments do not require a signature.

Can i ship to an alternative address ,including a work address?

Yes; just add the appropriate details during the checkout process. Once the order has been shipped, we're unable to change the address.
